BARTZ/PHOENIX - Update 20th August 2010
Final merge with l2j (lots of optimization and minor changes but unfortunately poor on new features - not everything is listed in update notes bellow) before Freya release, so we can start testing it until stable version.
Clan:* Clan airship system
TESTGuide:
Clan Airship GuideNPC:* Allenos npc accesible now from its original location (seeds of destruction)
Mobs/Raids:* If a player force restart/logout from raid boss zone gets removed from it
* added delay on boss cancel skill
Skills:* Warriors haste bonus applies to ranged weapons as well (retail info)
* Judicator skills fixed - Spite/Mental Impoverish/Enervation
* Mutual Response skill fixed (Arcana Lord/Elemental Master/Spectral Master)
* Symbol of Sniper bonus fixed (added range/p attk bonus)
* Celestial Shield - cant heal through this buff (retail like)
....
* additional skill animation effects added (Seven Arrows ...)
Armors:Dynasty Breastplate [Weapon Master] bonus fixed (now give proper +2str instead +1)
Dynasty Tunic [Wizard] bonus fixed (now give proper +2INT instead +1)
Other:* Disabling deleveling abuse of high leveled/maxed out chars to farm lower lvl raids.
If player level is lower than skill learn level - 9, skill level is decreased to next possible level.
Use .xplock (Phoenix) command to prevent leveling up on your "AQ farming" chars

* login update, hopefully fixing any account stuck related issues (report!)
PHOENIX ONLY:Mobs/Raids:* Faster respawn for mobs in battleground (30 sec) areas and in general.
Custom:*
.buffoff command against grief buffing
prevents getting buffs from other than self/summon/clan/ally/party/same IP/npc buffers
Feedback is welcomed, any other necessary & easy fixes/changes will be done asap in next few days, some custom updates might follow before Freya release, so dont update your clients just yet
EDITFixed few additional stuff on restart
- port loc Hot Springs battleground (central, west + added east back instead of high leveling port there)
- summons bugged passive HP skill temp fix (was giving to much HP)
- removing fall damage effect, its useless
